I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with fine views of the river and easy access to the Guggenheim museum and downtown area. The hotel staff were helpful and provided me with useful information about the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Great central location, within walking distance of museums, old town, and the city center. Also close to the airport bus stop. Perfect for party people. Friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff, making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Clean and quiet rooms, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

Great location, just a short walk from the main attractions. Spacious and comfortable room with a fantastic bathroom. The shower was amazing! Despite a few minor inconveniences like poor soundproofing and no wifi in the room, I would still recommend staying at this hotel. a pleasant experience.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the river with good access to various parts of the city. The staff at this hotel are very nice and helpful. The rooms at this hotel are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. The breakfast at this hotel is included in the rate and offers freshly baked bread and fresh fruits.
The hotel could improve the soundproofing in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the river and close to the Zubizuri pedestrian bridge. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing information about nearby secure parking options. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet. the hotel is within walking distance of the Guggenheim, a major highlight.
The breakfast was expensive and had limited options. The wifi signal in my room was also weak, making it difficult to connect.
